Terms that govern the CobatOS desktop agent and its updates.
Cobat.tech LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the CobatOS desktop agent on devices you own or control, solely in connection with an active CobatOS workspace.
The agent may automatically download and install signed updates. You may disable auto-update in workspace settings, but you remain responsible for security patches.
The agent transmits operational telemetry required to coordinate jobs. No file contents, prompts, or model outputs leave the device unless you explicitly route them through CobatOS.
