How and when CobatOS issues refunds for paid plans and credits.
New paid subscriptions are refundable in full within 14 days of the first charge if total compute usage stays under the evaluation cap.
Unused prepaid credits older than 12 months are non-refundable but remain usable until the workspace is closed.
Email billing@cobat.tech from the workspace owner's address with your invoice ID. We respond within two business days.
